We strive to ensure that every rug you purchase from us brings you joy and confidence. However, if you decide to return a piece, please note the following guidelines:

1. Notification of Return

Customers must inform us of their decision to return a rug within 24 hours of receiving it. This allows us to process your request promptly and maintain the integrity of our inventory.

2. Return Window

Returned items must reach us within 72 hours of delivery. Please ensure timely dispatch, as delays may affect eligibility.

3. Condition of Returned Rugs

Rugs must be returned in good order, unused, unsoiled, and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Any signs of wear or damage may result in a reduced refund or rejection of the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customers in Singapore may contact us directly should they need assistance arranging the return. Any transportation or service charges will be at the customer’s own cost.

5. Refunds

Once the rug is received and inspected, we will process your refund. A 3% deduction will apply to cover card transaction fees and administrative costs. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Overseas Customers

For overseas customers, prior verification and all return-related arrangements must be discussed before purchase. This helps us guide you through logistics, customs considerations, and the feasibility of returns across borders.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made rugs, special orders, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded.

8. Colour Accuracy

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen displays. Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return unless substantially misrepresented.
